Our industrial placement programme has been designed to give you the chance to gain highly valuable work experience and skills – and potentially secure yourself a place on one of our graduate programmes. From day one, you’ll be making a real contribution to your team. A current placement student will be allocated as a Buddy to all new joiners, enhancing the on‑boarding process and overlapping your start date to ensure seamless support as you begin your journey.
To help you get the most out of your placement, we provide lots of support and development opportunities, including in‑house courses and on‑the‑job training with everything you need to make the placement a success. Alongside the day‑job, you’ll be provided with comprehensive behavioural skills training with our expert partner, Cappfinity. This will enable you to harness your strengths from day one and identify new ways to utilise the key Skills That Build Skills. This includes interactive sessions where you can learn from our facilitators and your own peers, and self‑led elements to support your application of learning back in your day‑to‑day role.
RWE is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment – we value your passion, your willingness to learn and your desire to thrive. Even if you don’t have all the above skills, need flexible working arrangements or other adjustments not yet listed here, we’d love to hear from you.
