West Yorkshire Pension Fund is seeking an experienced designer with broader experience of running a communication function to join one of the north’s most forward-thinking funds.
You will design across both modern digital media and traditional design, helping to raise the organisation’s profile, engage key audiences and support growth while ensuring our brand is represented consistently across all platforms. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to inform decisions.

You will be confident working across both modern digital media and traditional design. Designing our online presence, campaigns and taking our communication footprint forward in a creative professional way.
The role produces statutory reports, newsletters, and communication materials that reinforce trust in one of the country’s most respected LGPS funds.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery to help raise our profile, engage key audiences, and support organisational growth.
Working closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation, you'll create compelling campaigns, manage internal and external communications, oversee digital channels, and ensure our brand is represented consistently across all platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director, Chief Investment Officer, and Senior reporting on communications performance, insights, and trends to inform key decisions.
