We’re seeking a proactive and creative Communications Coordinator to join our marketing and communications team. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering compelling internal and external messaging, supporting strategic initiatives, and managing high-impact events that define how AirTanker communicates its story.

What you'll be doing

  • Craft and coordinate engaging content across internal and external channels.
  • Manage our communications planning calendar to keep activity aligned with key milestones.
  • Draft company announcements, press releases, and social media posts.
  • Use Adobe, Canva, and PowerPoint to design and produce promotional materials.
  • Ensure all messaging and visuals align with AirTanker’s brand identity.
  • Manage and update our social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook), website, and intranet.
  • Provide logistical support for internal and external events, including on-the-ground coordination.
  • Support day-to-day admin tasks, from diary management to meeting planning.
  • Contribute to performance reviews and analytics reporting across communications platforms.
  • Assist with crisis communication plans when needed.

What you'll bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for planning and detail.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating shareable content.
  • Confidence using design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint).
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism under pressure.
