The Opportunity

Are you a curious and creative graduate looking to kick-start your career in communications? Join our newly established Communications Team at IAG Loyalty, set up in Autumn 2024, as we build a centre of excellence spanning internal comms, external media, employer branding, engagement, events, and corporate storytelling.

Reporting to our Corporate Communications Partner, you’ll work on various projects that will fast-track your experience in a dynamic, supportive team of specialists. If you’re eager to learn, ready to get involved, and want to shape how we connect with our people and the outside world, this is the role for you.

This role is based in our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — giving you the flexibility to choose where you work best, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. You will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest working from home. You may also work from other office or partner locations, depending on your role and tasks.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Campaign Crafting: Support the delivery of internal and external campaigns, bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership of key projects in our communications calendar.
  • Creative Storytelling: Help shape our story as we evolve from a B2B to a B2C brand—through media pitches, LinkedIn content, or speaking opportunities for leaders.
  • Team Operations: Manage our communications diary, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects our plans across multiple teams.
  • Results & Impact: Coordinate reporting across channels like LinkedIn and media coverage, tracking campaign success and demonstrating impact.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, liaising with suppliers and supporting logistics.
  • Comms Research: Explore trends and topics to shape stories, support award submissions, and evaluate our presence at industry events.
  • Admin & Coordination: Help with daily team operations—raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating diaries.

We’re looking for a self-starter eager to learn and grow in communications, a natural storyteller curious and confident in connecting with diverse audiences, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for digital tools are essential. A collaborative team player who brings energy, ideas, and a proactive attitude will excel here.
