We are working with a global private markets firm who are looking to hire a London-based PR professional to work on the firm's communications strategy across EMEA. This role requires a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role at a global investment manager or agency.

Responsibilities:

• Managing media enquiries, coordinating timely and robust responses
• Manage internal media training with senior executives
• Support the strategic implementation of PR strategies across the firm, and for portfolio companies
• Compiling media reports, drafting briefing notes, communications plans, press releases, thought leadership pieces, talking points, Q&As, media pitches and speaking notes
• Supporting transactional communications
• Identifying and supporting event and award opportunities

Requirements:

• A minimum of four years’ experience in businesscommunications/PR roles within investment management or at a relevant agency
• The suitablecandidate willhave strong news judgement, storytelling and messaging skills and be confident working autonomously and collaboratively
• A strong existing network of business journalists
• Experience managing reputational risk and advising on strategy
• Ability to swiftly grasp technical detail and write about it clearly and concisely
• Superior relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with others as part of a team as well as taking individual responsibility
