Overview

East Suffolk Services Limited, Address: Ufford, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 6ET. Salary: Year 1 - £16,341.10 per annum; Year 2 - £23,557 per annum. Hours: 37 hours per week. Contract: Apprenticeship, 21-month training contract, required to start as soon as possible.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual to join East Suffolk Services Limited as a Communications and Marketing Apprentice.

Your role

You will help support the delivery of creative, engaging campaigns across digital, print, and face-to-face channels. You will learn how to plan, create, and evaluate marketing activities that promote our services, improve brand awareness, and engage our diverse audiences, from local businesses to residents. You will develop skills in writing impactful copy, supporting our social media output and public relations activities, and contributing to the delivery of internal communication programmes.

You will gain valuable hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, supported by our friendly and experienced team.

What you will need

You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above or grade 4-9 (or equivalent). No previous marketing or customer services experience is required, as full training will be provided.
