The Role

We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Communications and Engagement Lead to manage and enhance the organization’s communication strategies and employee engagement efforts. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining effective communication initiatives that align with our objectives. The primary focus is to ensure consistent, clear, and impactful messaging both internally and externally, supporting brand visibility, culture, and stakeholder trust.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage relationships with external PR and crisis communication partners, ensuring strategies are aligned with company goals
  • Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, internal memos, and social media platforms
  • Lead internal communication efforts to foster employee engagement and alignment with organizational updates
  • Support the planning and execution of communication-related events, webinars, and conferences
  • Oversee media relations and support external PR efforts to secure positive media coverage
  • Maintain and implement crisis communication plans to ensure timely, clear responses during critical incidents
  • Manage the company’s website and social media presence, ensuring all platforms reflect the brand and support business objectives
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a communications, PR, or corporate affairs role
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills across multiple formats and audiences
  • Experience managing internal communications, media relationships, and digital platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communication strategies
  • Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail, strategic mindset, and professional integrity, especially in sensitive situations
