A leading insurance firm seeks a dynamic Communications and Engagement Lead to enhance communication strategies and employee engagement. The role involves managing PR relationships, creating impactful content, and leading internal communications to strengthen brand visibility and stakeholder trust.

We’re seeking a strategic and dynamic Communications and Engagement Lead to manage and enhance the organization’s communication strategies and employee engagement efforts. This role is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining effective communication initiatives that align with our objectives. The primary focus is to ensure consistent, clear, and impactful messaging both internally and externally, supporting brand visibility, culture, and stakeholder trust.
