The Role:

We???re looking for a Communications and Engagement Lead to work on a cyber security framework roll out programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Programme lead and Change Manager in developing effective communication strategies and creating the Communications, Engagement and Approach Plan (CEAP).
• Supporting the development of the stakeholder map and maintaining its content
• Managing internal communications (campaigns, SharePoint, newsletters, etc.).
• Drafting content for all communications approaches in differing formats to meet the needs of different audiences.
• Organising initiatives and planning events or working groups from concept to delivery.
• Creating engaging content for all communications platforms.
• Responding to comments and inquiries from stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organising company-wide events to foster a sense of community among stakeholders.
• Managing internal communication campaigns to highlight engagement initiatives and share success stories.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good presentation and communication skills, both written and oral

Requirements:

• Experience of working as a member of a team as well as on your own
• Experience of working within a multifaceted programme team
• Due to the nature of the role you must be eligible for SC Clearance.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in a Cyber Security environment
• Understanding of the NCSC Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF)
• Understanding of the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and mapping to CAF
