About the role

This role will lead and execute the department’s external and internal communications strategies, promoting RDR activities. This will include, but are not limited to, content creation, web and social media management, visual identity management, marketing for student recruitment, building connections with external stakeholders and leading outreach projects.

About you

We are seeking a creative and adaptable communications expert, with excellent and engaging written communications skills. The role holder should be able to work both independently and as part of a team; and can use their initiative to put the right systems in place to improve the communication, social and web presence for the department. Strong IT and social media skills and be able to track and manage data accurately. Strong understanding of GDPR and data retention policies. Excellent at keeping the department web pages and research pages updated at all times.
