Salary: NJC SCP 7-11, £26,403.00 - £28,142.00 FTE (£21,565 to £22,986 actual)

Medina College are seeking to appoint a Communication Support Worker to make a real difference in our students’ learning and inclusion. In this role, you will work closely with the SENDCo to develop and deliver targeted learning activities and intervention programs for individuals or small groups. You will support students’ access to the curriculum, assist subject teachers, and provide guidance and administrative support to LSAs. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our inclusive learning environment and have a meaningful impact on students’ educational experience.
