A well-established Further Education college in Cambridge is seeking a skilled Communication Support Worker (BSL). This full-time role involves providing communication support for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students to promote accessibility and inclusion. Ideal candidates will have a BSL Level 3 qualification, experience with the Deaf community, and strong communication skills.
Communication Support Worker (BSL) – Further Education College, Cambridgeshire
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week – term time only
Salary: £20,947 – £22,577 per annum (equivalent to £24,107 – £25,983 full-year)
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary (potential for extension)

You will work closely with students and teaching staff to ensure that all learners can participate fully in their studies and achieve their potential.
