We are seeking an experienced and creative Communications Manager to lead and deliver a multi-audience communications strategy at HMP Peterborough. In this key role, you’ll strengthen engagement across staff, partners, prisoners, and stakeholders—aligning communications with Sodexo’s Government strategy, Justice Delivery Plan, and operational priorities. You’ll curate impactful content, support key campaign alignment, and provide expert guidance to senior leadership teams on communications best practice.
