Key Role Responsibilities:

• Production of daily P&L reports and consolidation of all trade book reports, ensuring their accuracy and consistency
• Resolving queries from traders or other departments regarding P&L topics
• Raising queries to traders about booking changes or business practices
• Understanding the impact of deal changes on different departments
• Validation of physical commodities (LNG, Gas, Coal) and derivatives for accurate valuation within ETRM
• Maintaining price curves and calendars
• Understanding funding requirements for futures and forwards
• Managing relationships with clearing brokers and banks
• Monitoring trading activity for unusual patterns
• Supporting Market and Credit risk monitoring
• Calculating impacts of IR and FX on P&L, working with Treasury
• Supporting month-end financial closing processes
• Reporting on key analytics regularly
• Collaborating with teams in London and Singapore
• Proposing process improvements
• Managing contracts and confirmations for trades
• Business travel may be required.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Commodity Trading environment
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or similar
• Strong communication skills and confidence
• Attention to detail under pressure
• Comfort with large data sets and analysis
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
