Monday - Friday between site 8AM - 5PM, Occasional Saturday Work

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organised person to join the team. This NEW office-based role will involve managing a portfolio of clients within the waste management and recycling sector, ensuring excellent customer service and maximising collection efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling enquiries and waste collection requests via phone and email
  • Administer and communicate monthly pricing for clients’ recyclable materials
  • Book and manage collections using Roadrunner and/or Elemos systems
  • Optimise collections by coordinating full and part loads from multiple customers to maximise profit
  • Monitor and manage non-conformances in line with company procedures
  • Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships
  • Provide clients with accurate data, reports, and updates
  • Effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously
