Job description

We are seeking a Commissioning Technician to join our dynamic team in Integrals Power. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical & mechanical equipment. You will ensure that all machinery and equipment function as designed, meet safety standards, and operate efficiently before being handed over for full operation. In case of operational issues with this equipment you are required to do maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install, test, commission electrical, mechanical equipment and systems (including but not limited to Bead Mill, Spray Drying, Decanters and Separation systems, Heat treatment tube furnaces (Calcination) and other equipment).
  2. Perform equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and performance verification.
  3. Conduct functional and operational testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
  4. Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults during commissioning.
  5. Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure successful commissioning.
  6. Document test results, issues, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  8. Provide technical support and training to end-users teams and report to senior managers.
  9. Participate in equipment upgrades and modifications as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or other related fields.
  2. Proven experience in mechanical & electronics systems installation and commissioning.
  3. Knowledge of materials and chemistry is preferred.
  4. Familiarity with electrical systems and control panels.
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  6. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Strong communication, flexibility and teamwork abilities.
