We continue to work proactively with all our partners and stakeholders to make the very best use of available resources and continuously review services to ensure they are high quality and value for money.

The post holder’s duties will include:

  • To support and co-ordinate consultation for Independent School Education placements.
  • To support all commissioning, contract compliance and quality assurance activity across a range of commissioned services, ensuring that contract management is delivered in a timely and efficient manner as per organisational policies and procedures and to ensure services are safe and achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
  • To support consultation exercises and engagement of a wide range of stakeholders and partners for the commissioning of services.
  • To support engagement with service users, carers, voluntary organisations and external providers in market development and management.

  • Experience in supporting projects.
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills to ensure support is timely and effective.
  • Experience of partnership working with service users, providers, and partner agencies.
  • Proven IT skills in the production of reports, data, and presentations.

This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge and develop skills in a dynamic, creative and nurturing environment, whilst truly making a difference to the communities we serve. If you are seeking a development opportunity this role could be ideal as we welcome applications from those who are willing to learn and advance their skills or who are looking to embrace a new role within a Children’s Commissioning environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we can offer you the chance to be part of a great team dedicated to ensuring that all people in Doncaster thrive. You will also have access to a variety of attractive employee benefits including competitive leave entitlement, a generous local government pension scheme, a wide range of well-being support and development opportunities.
