Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a Commissioning/Home Manager for their Medium/Large sized Residential/Dementia Care Home.

This provider is well renowned in the sector, providing luxury services to its residents. This home will have state-of-the-art facilities, reinforcing their commitment to giving their residents the lifestyle they deserve.

Candidate

The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes, ideally with commissioning experience, consistently good or above CQC reports, with excellent business acumen and a proven history of managing homes within the sector. Due to the reputation of the provider, your ability to increase the profitability of the service whilst maintaining high standards of care will be paramount.

You will be able to demonstrate your capability to work with the local community to make the home the preferred choice. You should also focus on delivering excellent resident care. Due to the nature of the role, you will understand the importance of people development and how this positively impacts the service. Working with the heads of departments, you will build your team from the ground up to ensure its success.
