Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum + bonus

About the Role

Compass Associates are proud to partner with a respected and values-driven care group in the search for an experienced Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new, luxury residential home within the Hythe area.

As the Commissioning Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a high-quality service from day one — leading, inspiring, and building a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care in a setting designed to feel like home.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a dynamic, compassionate leader with:

  • A proven track record in successfully commissioning new elderly care homes
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding protocols, and local authority processes
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, both within your team and the local community
  • A genuine passion for delivering the very best in elderly and dementia care

Key Requirements

  • Experience in commissioning and managing elderly care homes.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and budget management
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
