The Commissioning Manager at HPC is responsible for leading, planning, managing, and executing commissioning activities for high-voltage electrical transmission and substation projects. This role ensures that all electrical systems, protection and control schemes, SCADA systems, and associated equipment are commissioned safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations. The Commissioning Manager provides technical leadership throughout the commissioning lifecycle, from design review and commissioning planning through energization, testing, and project handover.
