Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is seeking Commissioning Engineers to join our 20 year PPP consortium project in the UK. You will be responsible for requirements management, scheduling, and developing systems to enable successful commissioning and maintainability.

Ideally you hold NVQ3 or higher in a relevant discipline, and a safety qualification is highly desirable. We value collaboration, problem solving and the ability to bring fresh ideas to a large energy/industrial programme.

Qualifications

• Expertise in requirements management and commissioning processes.
• Ability to interrogate schedules and liaise with suppliers.
• Experience compiling work level instructions and testing documentation.
• Formally qualified in a relevant discipline (NVQ3 or higher) with safety qualification desirable.

Our Commissioning Engineers are experts in requirements management, they are able to interrogate schedules, liaise and work with our suppliers, interpret, verify and validate requirements, compile work level instructions and testing documentation and work together to develop systems to enable successful maintainability/operationability plans and commissioning. We aren't commissioning until at least 2027, so you'll get to see how a major project is set up but more importantly we are looking to you to bring some new ideas and some different perspectives.

Ideally we'd like you to have some formal qualifications in a relevant discipline at least to a minimum of NVQ3 or beyond. A safety qualification is also highly desirable too.
