Are you a Commissioning Engineer looking for a rare opportunity to be part of a one-of-a-kind facility, where you'll play a key role in the safe and successful launch of cutting-edge production technology?

On offer is a chance to join a globally recognised manufacturing organisation during a major phase of investment and innovation, where you'll take ownership of key commissioning activities from documentation and pre-checks through to live trials with high -hazard materials.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they bring a brand-new production facility online. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external regulators to ensure full operation readiness of the site, working through process documentation, safety systems and commissioning plans

In this role, you'll work on high-impact projects that blend engineering, operations, and safety. From supporting technical documentation to running inert and live commissioning activities, you'll be central to the facility's successful go -live.

The role would suit a Commissioning Engineer looking for a 12 month fixed-term project role with real - world impact.

The Role:

  • Support the commissioning of a brand-new, high-spec manufacturing facility
  • Develop procedures, risk assessments and documentation for safe start-up
  • Lead safe and compliant commissioning trials, including with energetic materials


The Candidate:

  • Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience in commissioning, trial work, or process improvement
  • Strong understanding of compliance, HSE, and engineering documentation
