Building Automation Systems Commissioning Engineer - London - 3 months+

Next Ventures are supporting a global Data Center provider known for delivering advanced solutions in reliability, efficiency, and sustainability. They focus on scalable, flexible, DC environments for cloud providers, hyperscalers, and large enterprises.

We are looking for several Building Automation System (BAS) Commissioning Engineers for their project in London for a 3-4 month duration.

The Role

• Drive the deployment, integration, and commissioning of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and SCADA systems within DC operations
• Configure and program Rockwell PLCs and Ignition SCADA to fulfill operational and monitoring objectives.
• Execute electrical and instrumentation setup, testing, and calibration to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to define system requirements, workflows, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Conduct on-site commissioning activities, including functional testing, troubleshooting, and system validation to achieve operational excellence.
• Ability to work onsite in London throughout commissioning phase

Your Experience

• Over 5 years experience within Industrial Automation focused on Building and Commissioning of systems and hardware
• Knowledge of SCADA (preferably Ignition) and Rockwell PLCS
• Experience in Data Centers is desirable
