Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include commissioning, installation, troubleshooting, and servicing a variety of converting machinery internationally. You will also train customers on the machines and work with associated equipment, including PLC control systems, motors, drives, and HMIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A fully time-served electrical engineer.
• HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal support in a customer-facing environment.
• Willing and eligible to work worldwide at short notice.
• Valid UK passport with right to work (no visa sponsorship possible).
• Valid driving license.
• Experience with Siemens & Allen Bradley PLCs (advantageous).
• Proficiency in debugging and problem-solving techniques.
• Previous commissioning or similar engineering experience (advantageous).
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, often at short notice.
