JOB- Commissioning Engineer
LOCATION- Worthing
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Premier Engineering is working with a leading engineering company based in Worthing, who are looking to hire a Commissioning Engineer to join their growing operations team. This is a hands-on, dynamic role supporting the installation, commissioning, and testing of complex mechanical and electrical systems.

The Commissioning Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

- A recognised qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Commissioning Engineer role within a manufacturing or process environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Willingness to travel to customer sites both in the UK and internationally as required
- Excellent troubleshooting, testing, and fault-finding skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

The Commissioning Engineer role will involve:

- Installing, commissioning, and testing equipment and systems at customer sites
- Supporting system integration, calibration, and performance verification
- Identifying and resolving any technical issues during commissioning
- Providing training and technical support to customers and end-users
- Working closely with engineering and project teams to ensure successful delivery
- Preparing detailed commissioning documentation and reports
