We are looking for two Commissioning Engineers who have a solid clean water background with a main contractor.

The project is valued at £150 million, in its infancy, and offers a long-term opportunity.

Card Requirements:

  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • Blue Water

Key tasks and responsibilities of a commissioning engineer include:

  1. Planning and Preparation: Developing detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and test procedures.
  2. Testing and Verification: Executing test procedures, analyzing results, and verifying that systems and equipment are functioning correctly.
  3. Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive commissioning documentation, including test reports, procedures, and as-built records.
  4. On-site Coordination: Supervising and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  5. Problem Solving: Investigating and diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to ensure systems operate as intended.
  6. Communication: Communicating with clients and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  7. Training: Providing training to client personnel on the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
  8. Safety: Ensuring that all commissioning activities are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
