We’re now looking for a Commissioning Editor (6 month FTC)to join our Advertising team to producebranded content for Guardian channels. You’ll be involved in everything from generating ideas and pitches to commissioning, editing and promotion.

About the Role:

  • Commissioning, researching, creating and editing content from a diverse range of contributors, from print and digital articles to social campaigns
  • Working on pitches to ensure high-quality, varied ideas across all Guardian formats that adhere to Guardian values
  • Using data to deliver the best for our audience and our clients
  • Working with influencers, journalists and agents on interviews and collaborations

About You:

  • Previous experience in print and digital commissioning/editing in a features, news or a commercial environment

We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.

We have30 days of annual leave per year plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase anadditional 5 days. Please note, the annual leave allowance will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis for the six-month term of the contract. Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8-12% (depending on your age).
