Job Description:

We are an Australian firm looking to expand our footprint in the UK. As part of this initiative, we are seeking to appoint a Commission Sales Associate in the UK. (We previously advertised this role but did not finalize an appointment. Previous applicants are encouraged to reapply.)

We provide legal and business process outsourcing services to law firms, accounting firms, and general businesses across various industry sectors. Our current operations span all states of Australia, New Zealand, and include teams in India and Australia. We now aim to expand our services to UK clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, particularly in creating leads within service industries.

Experience in the legal or professional services industry is preferred but not essential.

Strong sales skills, especially in telephone sales, are crucial. The ability to nurture leads and secure meetings is a key responsibility.

The position initially offers commission-based compensation, with a trailing commission of 10% of all GST-exclusive revenue billed and paid by the client to SBA during the first two years of engagement.

The role will develop over time if the candidate successfully expands our UK footprint.

Initially, you will work from home, equipped with an email, Zoom softphone, and necessary hardware and software provided by us.

Progression will depend on your results and contributions to our expansion efforts.
