Morgan Prescott is a fast-growing property management company operating across West and Greater London, specialising in high-yield HMO and serviced accommodation (SA) units. As we scale our operations, we’re seeking a Commission-Based Lettings Consultant to join us in sourcing and onboarding quality rental properties.

About the Role:

This is a performance-based role ideal for:

• Experienced estate/lettings agents
• Individuals with a strong landlord network
• Consultants with access to HMO landlords or developers

You will act as a Lettings Partner, introducing property opportunities that we can take under management (via guaranteed rent or management agreements). In return, you’ll receive competitive commission for each successful onboarding, with the potential to step into a senior position as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and introduce HMO or SA properties across London
• Leverage your existing landlord network to generate new leads
• Act as a liaison between landlords and Morgan Prescott’s onboarding team
• Identify and recommend properties that fit our model (room-by-room lets, serviced units, etc.)
• Maintain consistent communication and professionalism with property owners
