Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor features four restaurants, a 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa called Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms, a gym with class studios and padel courts, a kids’ club, and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor acts as a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together who have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

Position: Commis Waiter

We are looking for a Commis Waiter to join our dynamic Billiards Room team.

The target earning potential for this role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40-hour contract, comprising a base salary of £25,460.86 plus an estimated £4,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly, so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Role Responsibilities:

• Set tables and serve food orders
• Complete mise en place for service
• Remove used dishes and items from tables
• Assist waiters by preempting their needs
• Uphold the highest standards to ensure an exceptional member experience
