Thesleff Group is hiring a Commis Waiter/ess for Sale e Pepe Knightsbridge in London. You will support the waiting team, assist with table service, food running, and maintaining a clean, welcoming floor in a busy, iconic Italian restaurant.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.

• Support Waiters and Head Waiters during service.
• Assist with setting up the restaurant before service.
• Run food and drinks to tables efficiently and professionally.
• Clear, reset, and maintain tables to a high standard.
• Ensure the restaurant floor remains clean, organised, and well presented.
• Help prepare service stations and keep them fully stocked.
• Respond to guest requests in a polite and helpful manner.
• Learn the menu, service standards, and restaurant procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing standards.

The Role

As a Commis Waiter/ess, you will support the waiting team in delivering smooth, professional, and friendly service to our guests.
