We have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Waiter to join our highly successful team here at our Haymarket Hotel. This is an entry-level role for candidates aspiring to a career within Food and Beverage. Your main role will be to support the wider team, attending to guest requests in a timely and effective manner.

As a Commis Waiter, you will need to be passionate about food and able to develop a good understanding of our menus and service procedures. This is a hands-on, operational role where you will work with ambitious, friendly, and hardworking people in a down-to-earth setting.
