Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Commis Server to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team.

The Commis Server Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Server to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within one of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands.

What you will do:

Support the service team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Assist with setting up the lounge and ensuring readiness for each service period.

Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lounge and guest areas.

Provide timely assistance to servers and bartenders throughout service.

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently.

Deliver polished, discreet service in line with Four Seasons standards.

What you bring:

Eagerness to learn and grow within a luxury service environment.

Great communication and teamwork skills.

A positive attitude and professional appearance.

Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not required.
