ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Commis Cook
The Commis Cook supports senior chefs by assisting in food preparation, upholding hygiene standards, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe. Key responsibilities include preparing daily requisitions, assisting with inventory management, and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen setting.
· Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
· Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
· Able to work on weekends and public holidays
