Our team manages events, serves food, and hosts functions for up to 500, working across 3 floors, 6 bars, and 9 different areas. It’s a big job that demands a love of all things Irish, including music, food, sports, and drink! ABOUT THE ROLE

Cleanliness is our top priority. As a Commis Chef, you’ll ensure we maintain the highest standards, from equipment to food preparation. Your daily tasks include cleaning the kitchen and equipment, as well as ensuring ingredients and food are stored properly. You will also support the kitchen team whenever required. Full training and support to achieve essential kitchen qualifications and progress are available.
