OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
  • AAA level 2 or equivalent
  • 1 year minimum at a 4/5 star Hotel and/or large reputable restaurant with at least 1 AA Rosette or at least 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef
  • Food hygiene level 2

  • Prepare and serve food as per department standard
  • Ensure that all food items that are purchased are stored in the correct manner
  • Ensure that resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect our environment and to reduce costs
