The Role

AsCommis Chef you willwork closely with the Sous and Head Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food. You’ll be given opportunities to develop your skills, and encouraged to bring your passion to the plate.

  • Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality at all times

  • Supporting chefs and maintaining high kitchen standards

  • Following kitchen procedures, including health & safety and cleanliness
