We're looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their culinary skills and grow their career in hospitality. Working alongside experienced chefs, you'll help prepare and deliver high-quality food while learning the foundations of professional kitchen operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with the preparation and cooking of fresh, high-quality food to specification.
• Learning and developing your culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
• Ensuring ingredients are prepared, stored and rotated correctly.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
• Supporting all sections of the kitchen during busy service periods.
• Helping to ensure dishes are presented consistently and to the highest standards.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Taking pride in your work and contributing to the success of the kitchen.
