Sea View Yacht Club is a historic members' sailing club based in the beautiful village of Seaview. Established in 1893, the Yacht Club comes to life over summer with members travelling to the Island from all across the UK to enjoy their time at the Club on & off the water.

The hospitality team has a passion for delivering exceptional service, working closely as a team, with a relaxed yet professional approach. The Club hosts normal restaurant service alongside corporate hospitality & events - offering an exciting variety for the team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef with a passion for delivering high-quality food. The right candidate will have an understanding of trends in the F&B industry with a can-do attitude & an ability to keep calm under pressure.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in the food preparation process
  • Cook & prepare elements of high-quality dishes
  • Assist other Chefs in the team
  • Help with deliveries & restocking
