De Vere is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef Placement starting in July 2025. This 12-month placement is perfect for culinary students who want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hotel and event kitchen, working alongside talented and passionate chefs.
In this role, you’ll become an integral part of the kitchen team, supporting the preparation and delivery of fresh, seasonal dishes for restaurant service, room service, banqueting, and events. You’ll receive one-to-one mentoring from experienced chefs, regular feedback to support your development, and opportunities to get involved in wider learning initiatives that will enhance your skills and confidence throughout the year.
