The ideal Commis Chef - Pastry has:

  • Previous experience in a similar role; experience in a luxury venue is a plus;
  • Passion for Asian cuisine and high service standards with attention to detail;
  • Positive attitude and team spirit;
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility;
  • Good command of English and confident communication skills;
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK;
