The position offers training, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop within a busy airport environment that serves customers daily. A fixed-term contract runs until January 2027, with 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and a team player seeking to progress in culinary career.
• Enjoy fast-paced environments with positive energy.
• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Must be 18+ due to certain tasks or shifts.

Responsibilities

• Accurate cooking and presentation to spec.
• Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Keep workstation clean and organised.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Full training provided; previous kitchen experience is desirable, nights experience a plus.
