A luxury hospitality group is seeking a Commis Chef to support the culinary team in London. This role involves preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes and development of culinary skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in a professional kitchen and a passion for high-quality ingredients. A Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred. The position offers a £34,000 package and excellent development opportunities.
As a Commis Chef, you will play a vital role in supporting the culinary team with the daily preparation and production of high-quality dishes across a variety of outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment while developing your culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs. This kitchen is responsible for Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and our new Signature restaurant.
