Overview

We’re on the lookout for a talented Commis Chef to join the brigade at one of Marylebone’s most exciting openings of the last few years — a buzzing Mediterranean restaurant with a wood-fired soul and a Michelin-level kitchen.

This is modern cooking rooted in old-world techniques. Think whole fish grilled over open flames, delicate pasta rolled fresh each day, and confident, flavour-forward small plates designed to let the ingredients do the talking.

You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with some of London’s best chefs, learning your craft in a calm, professional kitchen where quality always comes first.

The menu changes regularly and the energy’s high — it’s a brilliant place for any ambitious Commis Chef looking to sharpen their skills and grow in a supportive, high-performance team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the kitchen team in all sections with preparation, cooking and plating to the required standard
  • Assist in maintaining clean and orderly work areas and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist with stock issues, labelling and dating of ingredients
Qualifications
  • Have your NVQ’s in catering or at least 1 year experience of working within a professional kitchen
  • Have a genuine passion for food
  • Want to move to a fantastic kitchen in order to learn and develop your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be
