Job summary

Axiom Hospitality Limited located on Royal Terrace, Edinburgh, is seeking a motivated Commis Chef / Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. This part-time role involves supporting both food preparation and porter duties in a busy, high-standard operation.

You will collaborate with the chefs and Food & Beverage team to keep the kitchen clean, organized and running smoothly, while learning and developing culinary skills in a supportive environment.

Located on the architectural street of Royal Terrace in Edinburgh with stunning city views and walking distance to Edinburgh Waverly Station.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Commis Chef / Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. This is a varied role where you will support the kitchen operation across both food preparation and kitchen porter duties.

You will work closely with the chefs and wider Food & Beverage team to ensure the kitchen is clean, organised and running efficiently, while also assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks.
