Job summary

The Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club in Birmingham is seeking a self-motivated Commis Chef to join our busy, talented kitchen team. You will create dishes from fresh, high-quality ingredients and work under the guidance of senior chefs in a fast-paced environment.

We offer £13.00 per hour, 28 days holiday rising to 33, staff discounts, free meals on shift, and progression opportunities within a growing hospitality business.

Qualifications

The Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club is set in peaceful Warwickshire countryside and is well placed for access to Birmingham, Coventry, and other major centres. Birmingham Airport, the National Exhibition Centre and motorway links to the M6 and M42 are all within a few miles of the hotel.

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and passionate Commis Chef to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

• Previous experience within the hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
