Marston’s pub kitchen is recruiting a Commis Chef to help bring our menu to life. You’ll learn prep skills, support the kitchen team, and work toward a Sous Chef role through our internal DNA pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and bring meals to life for the first time.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support daily operations.
• Deliver hot food to spec every time.
• Work with the team in a fast-paced kitchen.
