Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen. There’s room to grow and move toward Sous Chef through our internal pathway, DNA.

Qualifications

• Experience in a chef role or as KP is preferred.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and bring the pub menu to life with fresh ingredients.
• Follow recipes and maintain kitchen standards and food safety.
• Support the kitchen team in daily running and shifts.
• Deliver hot, to-spec dishes consistently to guests.
