Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team in Scotland. You will prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow.

There’s a clear path through our DNA-based career framework toward becoming a Sous Chef, with flexible and part-time options to help you balance family or education commitments while delivering hot, quality dishes to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.
