Marston's PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You will prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a section of the kitchen as you grow your career.

We offer a supportive, fast-paced kitchen where delivering great, hot food to spec is essential, with opportunities to progress toward Sous Chef through our DNA career pathway and apprenticeship schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• From learning new prepping skills, bringing a meal to life for the first time, to owning a section of the kitchen.
