Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, cooking and plating for the Staff Restaurant.
• Prepare mise en place per menu and operations.
• Maintain high quality and presentation of dishes.
• Support senior chefs with menu planning and daily operations.
• Keep kitchen areas and equipment clean and organised.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory control.
• Help minimise food waste through proper prep and storage.
• Support kitchen team during busy service.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Participate in training to develop culinary skills.
